Concord Hospitality Enterprises seeks a skilled Chief Engineer to lead our property engineering team, ensuring safety, reliability, and high-quality hotel infrastructure. This leadership role covers maintenance operations, compliance, and staff development in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will manage repairs, oversee budgeting and safety programs, and collaborate with the GM and ownership on property needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel engineering or maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, life safety, and HVAC operations.
• Proven ability to train and develop maintenance staff in hospitality.
• Effective communicator with strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage repairs and routine maintenance of hotel systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical).
• Oversee inventory, procurement, budgeting, safety compliance, and inspections.
• Ensure safety standards for guests and a secure work environment for associates.
• Hire, train, motivate, and evaluate engineering staff; promote development.
• Maintain compliance with brand standards and protocols.
• Communicate property conditions and needs to GM and ownership.
• Lead safety programs, preventive maintenance, and energy conservation initiatives.
• Support Leadership Development Training and grow a culture of accountability.
