Concord Hospitality is seeking a skilled Chief Engineer to lead the property engineering team, oversee all maintenance operations, and ensure safety and quality of hotel infrastructure. This leadership role emphasizes compliance, budget oversight, and staff development in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in Electrical systems.
• Two years experience in Plumbing systems.
• Two years experience in HVAC operations.
• Experience as Chief Engineer in large hospitality properties (Marriott/Hilton/IHG, retirement community, apartment complex) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage hotel engineering team and maintenance operations.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct annual inspections/certifications.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, department budgeting, and energy conservation initiatives.
• Maintain hotel infrastructure and life safety systems; coordinate with GM and ownership on property conditions.
