Crestview Management, LLC is seeking a Hotel Chief Engineer to lead the maintenance and repair of all hotel systems. You will manage engineering staff, develop preventative maintenance programs, and coordinate with departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in hotel engineering, and a focus on safety, efficiency, and cost control. A bachelor’s degree in engineering and a proven track record are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
