Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in engineering and maintenance or related professional area.
• 2 years’ experience as a supervisor/manager in engineering.
• Basic computer skills and experience with spreadsheets and databases.

Responsibilities

• Ensure brand training compliance for staff within the first 30 days.
• Develop employee recognition programs within the first 60 days.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs within the first 90 days.
