You will supervise the engineering team, coordinate with vendors, and manage departmental budgets.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, with a hands-on leadership style and a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hotel engineering or commercial facilities maintenance.
• 2+ years managing a team.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs, life safety systems, vendor oversight, and capital planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Engineering department to maintain building systems and guest areas to high standards.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs, capital projects, repairs, and life safety compliance.
• Support all departments by maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-maintained property for guests and associates.
