Responsibilities

• Focus 80% of time on base hotel operations.
• Establish relationships with properties and Corporate office.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and policies.
• Develop energy conservation initiatives and promote their use.
• Promote preventative maintenance activities.
• Promote operational safety throughout the organization.
• Advance the engineering discipline across the organization.
• Attend hotel meetings and training sessions.
