Job summary

The Westin Hotels & Resorts in Washington, DC is seeking an Engineering & Facilities Manager to lead engineering and maintenance for the property, with emphasis on safety, asset protection and energy conservation. You will manage the budget, capital expenditure projects, and preventive maintenance to ensure a well‑run, compliant facility.

You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate with vendors, and oversee grounds, guestrooms, public spaces and service areas.

Qualifications

• HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing experience required.
• Experience managing budgets and maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
