Responsibilities

• Review contracts and negotiate with vendors, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Manage maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
• Direct activities related to building operations and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Home Office Team and executives on capital projects and improvements.
• Lead and mentor maintenance staff to uphold Virgin service standards.
