Qualifikationen

• A valid food handlers card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to serve alcohol legally (where required).
• Flexible work schedule required.
• Ability to prepare/cook according to recipes, quality, and presentation standards.
• Knowledge of dining room service procedures and kitchen functions.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to operate a variety of kitchen equipment.
• Good communication skills.

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, portion, chop, and store food.
• Cook high-quality dishes within budget and recipe standards.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and inventory as directed by management.
• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas and stations.
• Check expiration dates to ensure freshness and safety.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
