Qualifications

• Lawful ability to serve alcohol or handle alcoholic beverages.

• Ability to prepare/cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and dining room procedures.

Responsibilities

• Cook will welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Cook will prepare excellent quality food on budget.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and inventory as directed by management.
• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
