Job summary

McKibbon Hospitality is hiring a Cook to create exceptional dining experiences for guests. The role includes kitchen setup, station prep, food prep, and maintaining service area cleanliness while engaging with guests.

You will follow recipes, ensure quality and portion control, assist with ordering and inventory, and adhere to safety policies. A valid food handler card and ability to work flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• A valid food handler card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to serve alcohol where required.
• Flexible work hours including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to follow recipes, maintain quality and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Cook will set up and prep stations before service and at shift end.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service area.
• Prepare ingredients including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Cook high-quality dishes on budget and according to recipes.
• Assist with ordering, receiving and inventory as directed by management.
• Set up, stock and maintain work areas and equipment.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies.
