White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Cluster Sales Coordinator to support the hotel sales teams at multiple downtown Austin properties. This role focuses on routing leads, drafting group proposals, booking coordination, and ensuring seamless execution.

You will build client relations, prepare contracts and BEOs, and maintain records in Delphi/CI/TY-like systems while collaborating with operations teams to drive results.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel sales, hospitality, events, or administrative support experience preferred — not required; we will train the right candidate.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — you draft clear, professional proposals and correspondence.
• Strong relationship-building skills — with clients, sales teammates, and internal hotel departments.
• Impeccable time management and organizational skills with multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with Delphi/CI/TY experience a plus.
• Genuine interest in growing a career in hotel sales and learning the full sales process.

Responsabilités

• Route incoming sales leads, draft group proposals, and manage group bookings from inquiry to confirmation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts and communicate needs to operations teams.
• Prepare and distribute sales contracts, group resumes, BEOs, and other sales correspondence.
• Maintain records in the hotel sales system and track leads, bookings, and client communications.
• Assist in coordinating sales blitzes, client events, site visits, and property tours.
• Respond to sales inquiries by phone and email, qualifying leads and routing to Sales Manager.
• Support reporting, forecasting, and presentation preparation for the team.
• Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for clients and internal teams.
