Job summary

The Dual Sales Manager position at Dreamscape Hospitality leads catering and banquet sales for one or more hotel properties. You will solicit new accounts, service clients and groups, and work with the Director of Sales to hit revenue and market share goals.

Expect overtime considerations as needed. We seek candidates with hospitality sales experience, strong negotiation/communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to negotiate and influence.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Attain sales and revenue goals for catering/banquet services.
• Solicit new accounts and service clients/groups for one or more properties.
• Collaborate with Director of Sales to achieve revenue and market share goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and local industry contacts.
• Attend meetings and perform duties as assigned by hotel management.
