Job summary

Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking a Sales Manager to drive catering and banquet sales across one or more properties. You will solicit new accounts, service clients and collaborate with the Director of Sales to meet revenue and market share goals.

This is an exempt, full-time role requiring strong organizational and presentation skills. You will manage multiple tasks, travel as needed, and represent the hotel in the local business community while ensuring high-level customer service and adherence

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrate creativity and knowledge of food and beverage desired.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales and revenue goals.
• Conduct solicitation calls, sales tours, and entertain clients by property.
• Grow relationships with assigned accounts in Leisure, SMERF, BT, or Groups as applicable.
• Monitor market trends within the designated segment.
• Maintain friendly, attentive, and service-oriented interactions with guests and staff.
• Adhere to catering sales standards and policies.
• Develop knowledge of hotel operations and departments.
• Maintain visibility in local community and industry groups.
• Participate in promotions related to direct sales segments.
• Attend management meetings and perform other duties as required.
