Job summary

Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking a Dual Sales Manager to lead catering/banquet sales and grow hotel revenue. You will solicit new accounts and service existing clients while collaborating with the Director of Sales to hit revenue and market-share goals for one or more properties.

Expect overtime for OEM associates; the role requires strong negotiation, client-facing skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent organization and presentation abilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrate creativity and knowledge of food and beverage desired.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
• Must possess developed verbal and written communication skills to frequently negotiate, convince, sell and influence.

Responsibilities

• Attain assigned sales and revenue goals and solicitation call goals.
• Proactively conduct solicitation calls, sales tours, and entertain clients for various segments.
• Grow existing relationships with assigned accounts in Leisure, SMERF, BT, and Groups.
• Monitor and evaluate trends within your market segment.
• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a service oriented manner.
• Perform duties as requested by General Manager or Director of Sales.
