Job summary

Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking a Sales Manager to drive catering/banquet revenue and manage accounts across the hotel portfolio. You will solicit new business and service clients and groups, partnering with the Director of Sales to achieve revenue and market share goals for one or more properties.

This role requires proactive sales skills, strong organization, and excellent negotiation and communication abilities. Overtime and travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; previous Sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrate creativity and knowledge of food and beverages.
• Must have valid driver’s license and strong communication skills.
• Experience with professional selling skills: opening, probing, supporting, closing.

Responsibilities

• Attain assigned sales and revenue goals and growth targets.
• Solicit new accounts and service clients/groups as applicable.
• Grow relationships with leisure, business travel, and group accounts.
• Monitor market trends within the segment.
• Maintain visibility in local community and industry organizations.
• Attend meetings and perform other duties as required by management.
