Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in hotel leadership (front desk and back-of-house).
• Proficient computer skills including basic PMS usage.
• Strong team-building and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations in GM's absence and mentor staff during shifts.
• Post checks in PMS and manage weekly labor trackers.
• Address guest concerns and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate housekeeping assignments and inspect rooms.
• Build relationships with vendors and guests; manage inventory.
• Lead in-house sales and marketing efforts to increase occupancy.
• Cover shifts as needed to ensure operational continuity.
