Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Assistant General Manager to provide strong on-the-ground leadership for one of Crestline’s multi-million dollar hotels, upholding superior customer service and brand standards.

The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, aims to maximize guest satisfaction, grow market share, and develop direct reports while coordinating with the General Manager and corporate teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least one year of related Assistant General Manager experience; or high school diploma or equivalent plus at least three years of related experience.
• Computer skills to communicate via email and work with spreadsheets/databases.
• Experience with hotel information systems such as Opera or M3 is required.

Mansioni

• Support the General Manager to maintain and elevate brand standards and guest satisfaction.
• Understand and perform AR/AP duties within the first 30 days.
• Be familiar with HR processes and lead onboarding of new hires.
• Develop a plan for staff optimization and clear missions within 30 days.
