Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a General Manager for a busy Select Service hotel. The role requires leadership to guide the property, drive guest satisfaction, and manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years GM experience (or 4+ years as Asst GM), strong computer/office skills, and familiarity with hotel information and accounting systems; premium brand experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of General Manager experience within a busy Select Service hotel or 4+ years as an Assistant GM
• Computer and Office skills required – must communicate effectively via email and manipulate data from spreadsheets/databases
• Experience with hotel information systems and accounting systems relevant to the brand
• Premium brand experience preferred (Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott or IHG)

Responsibilities

• Strong focus on Revenue Index, Flex/Flow, and Guest Satisfaction metrics and your ability to influence and improve these upon starting
• Staff optimization: develop a plan for all leaders so they understand their mission and can provide unparalleled service within the first 30 days
• Develop and engage key players including Hotel Ownership and Field/Corporate staff within the first 30 days
• Build positive relationships with Sales staff including onsite Sales and Regional Director of Sales and corporate Sales & Marketing leadership
