Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites Denver-Cherry Creek is seeking a driven General Manager to lead the property, build a strong team, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will own day-to-day operations, drive occupancy and profitability, and uphold high standards of service, cleanliness, safety, and team accountability.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, implement brand standards, manage budgets, and work closely with ownership to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel/hospitality management is preferred
• Proven track record leading teams to achieve goals
• Strong guest-service orientation and communication skills
• Ability to manage daily hotel operations and budgets

• Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments
• Lead, coach, and develop hotel team to achieve targets
