Job summary

Destination Hospitality Group seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead front-of-house operations and uphold our hospitality standards in Colorado. In partnership with the GM, you’ll coach staff, manage service execution, and drive guest satisfaction.

You’ll oversee scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and staff development, with a base salary of $65,000–$75,000 plus a performance bonus up to 22.5% and health benefits. This role offers growth within a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in upscale, high-volume hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead calmly in fast-paced environments.
• TIPS certification required (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations during service to maintain standards.
• Act as Manager on Duty in GM’s absence and lead the team on the floor.
• Coordinate daily lineups, pre-shift briefings, and service execution.
• Manage guest experience with warmth, attentiveness, and problem-solving.
• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls.
• Support a culture of hospitality and staff development.
