Undercover Bed and Spas in Wyoming is hiring a Hot Tub Service Technician for a full-time role. You will deliver, install, diagnose, and repair spas and saunas, and educate customers on proper use and maintenance.

We offer hands-on training, a stable full-time schedule, and opportunities for pay raises after the probation period based on performance and reliability.

About Us

We are a locally owned and operated business specializing in Hot Spring Spas, saunas, and mattresses, with a reputation for exceptional customer service and reliable spa and sauna servicing. Since 1978, we have been committed to quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

What Youll Do

As a Hot Tub Service Technician, youll be responsible for:

• Delivering and installing hot tubs, saunas, and mattresses with care and precision.
• Diagnosing and repairing spa and sauna systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Performing routine maintenance on hot tubs and saunas to extend product lifespan.
• Educating customers on proper usage and maintenance of their hot tubs and saunas.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment while ensuring safety standards.

What Were Looking For

• Experience in hot tubs, pools, plumbing, or electrical work is preferred but not requiredwe provide full training!
• Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and comfortable working outdoors in various conditions.
• A valid drivers license with a clean driving record is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A customer-focused attitude with excellent communication and professionalism.

What We Offer

• Competitive starting pay: $15/hour.
• After the 90-day probationary period, your performance and attendance will be reviewed. Based on your performance, skill development, and reliability, there will be an opportunity for a pay raise.
• Additional pay increases may be available over time, contingent upon continued strong performance and consistent attendance.
• Consistent full-time schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM, with alternating Saturdays.
