Job summary

Tech9 in Utah (Springville) is seeking a Hot Tub Service Technician to repair hot tubs and components in our local shop. After training, you may assist customers on-site at their locations and help troubleshoot spas remotely when possible.

You will track your work with software, keep the shop orderly, and support delivery and warehouse tasks. No prior hot tub experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• No prior hot tub experience required; training provided.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Valid driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Repair hot tubs in the shop to restore functionality.
• Assist with field service calls after training.
• Maintain shop cleanliness, organize tools, and stock supplies.
• Use software to track work progress and orders.

Job SummaryWe are seeking a Hot Tub Service Technician to join our team! You will repair hot tubs and their components in our local shop. As you are trained and capable you will have the opportunity to convert to outside service at customer locations, help customers troubleshoot their own spas for possible issues, and fulfill chemical, filter, and accessory needs, etc.Responsibilities and DutiesLearn the inner workings and parts of hot tubsRepair spas in the shop to fix issues and restore the original functionality.Use software to track your work.Keep your shop area and tools clean, stocked, and well organized.Assist with delivery, warehouse, and outside service as needed.Take care of the Service Vehicle you will operate.Work in the field on service calls after training.Qualifications and SkillsPrior experience related to hot tub industry is not required (We will Train you) but is a benefit.Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs plusWork in all weather conditions outsideHave a clean driving record for work vehicle insuranceAble to work with people.
