• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues in spas, hot tubs, saunas, covanas, and accessories.
• Install and replace components such as pumps, heaters, and control systems.
• Complete scheduled maintenance and warranty service.
• Accurately document all work performed and parts used.

Job Overview:

The Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hot tubs, swim spas, and related equipment. This role combines technical expertise with excellent customer service to ensure every repair and maintenance visit meets Capital Hot Tubs’ standards.

Compensation Range: $24.00 - $26.00 /Hourly

Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues in spas, hot tubs, saunas, covanas, and accessories.

Physical Requirements

• This role includes frequent kneeling, bending, and lifting up to 75 lbs. Work may take place outdoors year-round with exposure to water and electrical components. You’ll need to safely use tools and work in tight spaces when needed.
