Job summary

Superiorwaterandspas is seeking a motivated Hot Tub Sales Consultant to join our retail showroom. You will guide customers through selecting the ideal hot tub, spa, or swim spa based on needs, space, and budget.

As part of our team you will leverage product knowledge, close sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Weekend availability and a valid driver’s license are required, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in retail, home improvement, or high-value products.
• Experience in hot tub or pool sales is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport, identify customer needs, and close sales.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or product training is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them in selecting hot tubs, spas, swim spas, and accessories that fit their lifestyle, budget, and space.
• Generate and manage leads through our Costco Program.
• Pre-qualify customers interested in purchasing a hot tub or swim spa.
• Accurately log and maintain customer information using our mobile app.
• Provide detailed product knowledge, including features, warranties, maintenance, and financing options.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain delivery and installation processes.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and financing paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom.
• Stay informed on new products, promotions, and industry trends.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and contribute to team success.
• Coordinate with delivery and service teams to ensure a smooth post-sale experience.
• Handle customer questions or concerns professionally and efficiently.
