Job summary

Oregon Hot Tub, part of Leslie's family, is expanding its sales team to deliver premium hot tubs, saunas, and spa products in the Beaverton area. The role focuses on turning leads into deals and delivering an exceptional ownership experience for customers.

The position offers a base salary and lucrative bonus/commission potential, with opportunities for growth within a respected dealer network. You will work primarily on-site with occasional home visits and flexible retail hours.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of higher priced selling experience (>$10k items).
• Personal drive and accountability to results.
• Attention to detail and willingness to adapt to new techniques.
• Experience with financing and payment plans.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into deals while maintaining relationships with customers.
• Sell luxury product lines around health and relaxation concepts.
• Create revenue growth by following up with every lead and tracking progress per guidelines.
• Monitor KPI performance and develop strategies to address opportunities.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Support showroom merchandising, cleaning, and replenishment as needed.
• Work a flexible retail schedule and visit customers' homes when required.
