Job summary

Oregon Hot Tubs, part of the Leslie's family, is seeking a Sales Professional to exceed revenue goals and convert leads into deals for hot tubs, saunas, and related products. You will ensure an outstanding customer experience and drive growth across our showrooms and on-site visits.

The role emphasizes selling high-end luxury products, maintaining relationships, and following company processes while adapting to a flexible retail schedule and multi-channel outreach.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of higher priced selling experience ($10k+ items).
• Personal drive and accountability to results.
• Attention to detail and adaptability to new techniques.
• Experience with financing and payment plans.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Experience with lead management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into deals while maintaining business relationships.
• Sell luxury product lines around health and relaxation.
• Create revenue growth by following up with leads per guidelines.
• Monitor KPIs and devise strategies to address opportunities.
• Maintain professionalism and follow company policies.
• Follow all operational and sales processes.
• Merchandise, clean, and replenish showroom as needed.
• Work a flexible retail schedule and visit customers' homes as needed.
