Arctic Spas of San Diego is seeking a motivated sales professional to help homeowners select premium hot tubs, swim spas, and related products. You will guide customers from inquiry through closing, follow up leads, and build lasting relationships without high-pressure tactics.

You will receive full product and sales training, work in a family business environment, and have uncapped earning potential with commissions tied to performance.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand needs and help select the right hot tub or swim spa.
• Manage customers throughout the sales process from inquiry to closing.
• Follow up showroom leads, phone inquiries, and web inquiries.
• Build relationships without high-pressure tactics.
• Prepare quotes and present pricing, financing, upgrades, and accessories.
• Negotiate and close sales while maintaining profitability.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track activities.
