We’re seeking a sales professional who blends technology with relational selling, handles showroom and remote inquiries, and is devoted to helping customers improve wellbeing through hydrotherapy and relaxation.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and demonstrated success.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts with organization and follow-through.
• Self-motivated, dependable and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and writing skills for emails and docs.
• Professional, friendly over phone and in person.
• Willingness to work most weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sell hot tubs, swim spas, accessories, and services in showroom and via phone/email/text.
• Follow up with customers to guide, educate, answer questions, and offer incentives.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, provide solutions and create revenue opportunities.
• Aim to achieve company sales and revenue goals.
• Proactively use tools and training to maximize personal success.
• Maintain a professional Sonoma-casual appearance and teamwork.
