Responsibilities

• Sell hot tubs, swim spas, accessories and services in showroom and via phone, email, text and occasional events.
• Follow up with customers to guide, educate, answer questions, solve problems, and offer incentives.
• Field incoming calls and emails, provide solutions and create revenue opportunities.
• Aim to achieve company sales and revenue goals.
• Use tools and training to maximize personal success.
• Ask questions to deepen product knowledge and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Complete documents for lead cultivation, sales, payroll, etc.
• Support team success and professional demeanor.
• Learn water care chemistry to provide customer care.
• Maintain a clean selling environment with team.
