Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail is seeking a Host to warmly greet guests, seat parties, manage reservations, and deliver menu knowledge to ensure an exceptional first impression. The role requires strong hospitality skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Applicants should be fluent in English, able to stand for extended periods, and possess prior guest-service experience. Spanish is a plus. PT/FT opportunities with flexible weekend hours are available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fast-paced Food & Beverage environment or related work experience.
• Ability to operate computer equipment.
• Good communication skills are a necessity.
• Fluency in English is required for this location and work authorization in the United States is necessary.
• Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests while managing reservations and responding to inquiries professionally to maximize satisfaction.
• Answering phones, confirming and creating reservations.
• Respond to inquiries and problems politely and efficiently.
• Be adaptable and support other F&B outlets at the property as needed.
