Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail is hiring an In Room Dining Order Taker. You will answer phones and chat apps to take guest orders and relay requests to the kitchen using our POS system, ensuring timely delivery coordinated by Room Service Servers.

This full-time role requires at least one year in food service, good computer skills, and clear, courteous communication. English fluency and US work authorization are required; we offer competitive pay and benefits including medical, dental

Qualifications

• At least one year of food service or related experience.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Accurate and efficient communication via telephone and texting.
• Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
• English fluency is required for this location and US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and take guest orders via phone and chat app; assist in setting up carts and guest amenities while communicating to staff, guests and kitchen as needed.
