Job summary

Four Seasons Vail is hiring a Food Expeditor for Tavernetta Vail to manage the flow of dishes from kitchen to dining room and ensure timely, accurate delivery to guests.

Responsibilities include close collaboration with the culinary team and service staff, leveraging strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. English fluency and US work authorization are required; Spanish is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role in Vail, Colorado.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage environment.
• Great communication skills due to direct guest interaction and team coordination.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and work authorization in the United States required.
• Spanish language ability preferred.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of dishes from kitchen to dining room.
• Collaborate with culinary team and Back Server/Food Runner/Server to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
