Job summary

PENN Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a front-line team member to support ACES customer service and cash handling within a fast-paced casino environment. The role involves greeting guests, processing transactions, and supporting daily marketing events to drive guest engagement.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and the ability to obtain Maryland Gaming Commission licensing. Previous cash handling and customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three months' related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Must qualify for licensing by Maryland Gaming Commission.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain all steps of the ACES Customer Service program with each patron and Team member.
• Promote daily, weekly, and monthly marketing events.
• Complete sales to customers, including handling payments and cash receipts, processing comps, and ensuring accurate accounting of cash, credit, and comps.
• Cashier responsibilities.
• Food preparation.
• Greet and welcome guests, assign seating, and escort guests to their table.
• Other duties may be assigned.
