Live! Casino & Hotel is seeking a friendly Restaurant Host to create a warm welcome for guests, manage seating, and support front‑of‑house operations at our Maryland property. You will greet guests, coordinate with servers, answer phones, and help keep the entrance organized.

This union‑represented role requires a high school diploma or GED, customer service experience, and flexibility with shifts. Join a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment where teamwork and hospitality define the Live!

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
• Customer service experience dealing directly with customers.
• Willingness and ability to be flexible with work schedule. May require extended hours and work week from time to time.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

Responsibilities

• Greeting/welcoming and seating guests.
• Assign wait staff to service guests in their sections.
• Answering phone, greeting customers, and keeping track of seat availability in restaurants.
• Assisting wait/bar staff.
• Responsible for assisting with bussing and resetting tables.
• Responsible for cleaning host area and entrance to the restaurant.
• Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.
