Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Restaurant Host and Cashier to greet guests, manage seating flow, and handle transactions with accuracy and hospitality. You’ll coordinate with servers to maintain smooth front-of-house operations and uphold the elevated Live!

brand standards throughout the dining experience. In this union position, you’ll contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy environment, ensuring every guest feels valued from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Customer service experience dealing directly with customers.
• Willingness and ability to be flexible with work schedule.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the Maryland Lottery license.

Responsibilities

• Greeting/welcoming and seating guests.
• Assign wait staff to service guests in their sections.
• Answering phone, greeting customers, and keeping track of seat availability in restaurants.
• Assisting wait/bar staff.
• Bussing and resetting tables.
• Cleaning host area and entrance to the restaurant.
• Verify the accuracy of all orders before they leave the counter or kitchen.
