Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior money handling experience is preferred.
• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to perform basic math and accurate cash handling.
• Intermediate computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office and relevant systems.

Responsibilities

• Develops an understanding of the player’s club and stays current on promotions and events.
• Assists patrons with enrolling, changing, or redeeming transactions in the player’s club using ACSC, in a positive way.
• Manages cash and exchanges for gaming vouchers, Front Money deposits, checks, chips, and markers; performs transfers and BV transactions; handles issues.
• Runs reports and verification data for patron credit line requests per HCPN Credit Committee and PGCB regulations.
• Demonstrates proficiency in AS/400 menus, Internal Controls, ACSC system, and related policies.
• Acts as a property ambassador with broad knowledge of the casino and local facility.
• Builds relationships with loyal players to maximize personalized experiences and return visits.
• Functions as a Main Bank Cashier when needed; may not perform both Cage and Main Bank duties in a single day.
