You will manage a book of hosts, conduct onboarding conversations, analyze performance data, and collaborate with Market Managers to deliver scalable education programs, webinars, and communications. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business consisting of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts, ensuring retention, growth, and optimization on the platform.
• Conduct one-on-one optimization and onboarding conversations, providing strategic recommendations on pricing, availability, and listing quality.
• Secure availability over high compression dates, ensuring hosts maximize revenue potential.
• Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes, while channeling their feedback to internal teams.
• Respond to host inquiries and provide timely, high-quality support to improve their experience on the platform.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and take action on opportunities that drive increased bookings and host success.
• Develop long-lasting relationships with hosts, ensuring ongoing support tailored to their needs.
