Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support.
• 2+ years in hospitality/travel is a plus.
• Strong time management and prioritization across multiple accounts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with host entrepreneurs and rising hosts.
• Conduct onboarding conversations with strategic pricing and listing quality.
• Secure availability during high compression dates to maximize revenue.
• Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes; relay feedback to internal teams.
• Respond to host inquiries with timely, high-quality support to improve their experience on Airbnb.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities that drive bookings and host success.
• Develop long-lasting relationships with hosts and provide ongoing support.
