Airbnb is seeking a Market Associate to help grow and optimize host entrepreneurs in the assigned territory. You will focus on retention, growth, and pricing optimization to help hosts succeed on Airbnb.

You will build strong relationships, onboard hosts, and provide strategic recommendations on pricing, availability, and listing quality, while communicating updates and collecting feedback. This role is based in Mexico City, involves collaboration with internal teams, and offers opportunities to

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support.
• 2+ years in hospitality/travel is a plus.
• Strong time management and prioritization across multiple accounts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Manage a book of business with host entrepreneurs and rising hosts.
• Conduct onboarding conversations with strategic pricing and listing quality.
• Secure availability during high compression dates to maximize revenue.
• Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes; relay feedback to internal teams.
• Respond to host inquiries with timely, high-quality support to improve their experience on Airbnb.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities that drive bookings and host success.
• Develop long-lasting relationships with hosts and provide ongoing support.
