• Manage restaurant reservations and wait lists to accurately set guest expectations
• Manage and monitor the restaurant's reservation system using OpenTable
• Answer the restaurant phone and provide friendly service for guest and call center inquiries
• Greet and seat guests at their tables
• Assist guests with making reservations
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries
• Assist with parking validation
• Provide directions and recommendations
• Support service staff by removing dishes and glasses and taking them to the dishwasher
• Set up dining areas for large parties and brunch buffets
• Sweep, vacuum carpet, tidy server station, take out trash, and check bathrooms
• Maintain punctuality and regular, consistent attendance
• Contribute to a positive team environment
• Perform other tasks supporting guest operations

Requirements

• Full-service restaurant experience is helpful, but not required
• Must be 18 years old due to service of alcohol
