Job summary

The Country Club of Virginia, Inc. in Richmond, VA is seeking a Host/Cashier for its Cool Springs Café at the Westhampton Clubhouse. This part-time role pays $17.75 per hour and includes free employee meals and a uniform.

Shifts run 12:00 PM–9:00 PM, seven days a week with 15–20 hours weekly and weekend availability. Responsibilities include greeting guests, seating and taking payments, and assisting with grab-and-go counters in both indoor and outdoor seating areas (153 seats total).

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old
• Physical ability to lift ~35 lbs and stand for long periods
• Open 7 days a week, 363 days a year
• Weekend availability with shifts 12:00 PM–9:00 PM
• Part-time, 15–20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage seating as host.
• Operate cash register and process payments as cashier.
• Assist with grab-and-go options and indoor/outdoor seating.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist in cafe operations.

Schedule
