Job summary

The Country Club of Virginia in Richmond, VA is seeking experienced servers for its newly renovated Tally Restaurant at the James River campus. Base pay is $9.00 per hour plus gratuity, with free employee meals, a uniform, paid vacation, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution and match.

Shifts include Tue-Thu and Sun 9:00 AM–4:00 PM or 4:00 PM–11:00 PM, and Fri-Sat 4:00 PM–12:00 AM. Part-time ~20–30 hrs/week; full-time ~30–40 hrs/week; minimum three shifts weekly with weekend

Description

The Country Club of Virginia is seeking experienced servers for its newly renovated Tally Restaurant at the James River campus.

Schedule

• Typical shifts (open availability preferred):

  • Tuesday-Thursday & Sunday: 9:00 AM-4:00 PM or 4:00 PM-11:00 PM

  • Friday & Saturday: 4:00 PM-12:00 AM

• Part-time: Approximately 20-30 hours per week
• Full-time: Approximately 30-40 hours per week
• Minimum availability: Three shifts a week with at least one day of availability on the weekend

Requirements

• Physical Requirements: lifting weights (carrying trays), standing for long periods of time, kneeling, crouching, stooping, etc.
