Job summary

Country Club of Virginia is seeking a part-time Fitness Supervisor to ensure the Fitness Center runs smoothly with strong member participation and satisfaction. You will supervise staff, manage shifts, and uphold exceptional customer service in a premier club environment in Richmond, VA.

Base pay is $20.00 per hour, with benefits including a 401(k) plan with employer match and free employee meals while working. Schedule is roughly 22–25 hours weekly, three days including weekends.

The Country Club of Virginia is seeking a part-time Fitness Supervisor to ensure that the Fitness Center is well-run and enjoys a high level of member participation, support, and satisfaction. Qualified candidates will possess fitness-related experience, supervisory experience, a strong customer service orientation, and attention to detail.

Schedule

Part-time, approximately 22-25 hours per week, working three days a week/weekend:

• Friday: 12:00 PM-8:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 PM-7:00 PM
