You will work with kitchen and waitstaff to provide exceptional guest experiences, maintain a clean host stand and pickup area, handle purchases with accuracy, and support seating arrangements during busy periods.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a charismatic and motivated Host/Carry Out team member to join our dynamic staff. As a Host/Carry Out, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests feel welcomed, valued, and satisfied with their dining experience. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and will help manage the flow of the restaurant, take carry-out orders, and provide stellar service.

Key Responsibilities:

• - **Greet Guests:** Welcome guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave. Ensure a friendly and positive first impression.
• - **Manage Reservations:** Organize and manage dining reservations using our reservation system, and accommodate walk-in guests efficiently.
• - **Seating Arrangements:** Guide guests to their tables while considering their preferences and wait times. Ensure dining areas are clean and organized.
• - **Carry Out Orders:** Take carry-out orders over the phone and in-person with accuracy, ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently for timely pickup.
• - **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting with menu selections.
• - **Collaboration:** Work closely with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure that orders are fulfilled properly and in a timely manner.
• - **Cleanliness and Organization:** Maintain a clean and organized host stand, waiting area, and carry-out station. Monitor cleanliness of dining areas and assist with resetting tables as necessary.
• - **Cash Handling:** Accurately handle cash and credit transactions for carry-out orders when necessary.
