Job summary

Original Pancake House is seeking a friendly Host/Carry Out team member to welcome guests, manage reservations, and handle carry-out orders with accuracy. You will coordinate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely service and a pleasant dining experience.

We value strong communication, a guest-focused attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage the flow of the host stand.
• Seating guests and guiding them to tables while managing wait times.
• Take carry-out orders by phone and in person with accuracy.
• Handle reservations and coordinate with the dining room and kitchen staff.
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer menu questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized hosting and carry-out area and assist with resetting tables.
