Job summary

The VIG in Paradise Valley is seeking energetic, hospitality-driven hosts to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and coordinate seating to keep dining room and kitchen running smoothly.

You will greet guests, estimate wait times, assist with reservations and takeout orders by phone, maintain the lobby, and bid departing guests farewell while ensuring a memorable guest experience.

This full-time host position offers a fun, guest-focused team culture and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and manage seating calmly.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting.

The VIG is getting ready to open the doors to our newest location in Paradise Valley, and we are looking for energetic, passionate, and hospitality-driven individuals to join us!

If you love great food, great drinks, and creating memorable guest experiences, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for greeting guests with warmth, managing the waitlist, and coordinating seating to keep the dining room and kitchen running at a smooth, steady pace.
• Warmly greet arriving guests immediately, estimate wait times accurately, and escort guests to their tables.
• Manage the seating chart and reservation system strategically to pace the kitchen and prevent server burnout.
• Answer phone calls to handle reservation inquiries, answer general questions, and take phone-in takeout orders.
• Keep the lobby and host stand clean, organized, and stocked with menus.
• Bid departing guests a warm farewell and check in on their experience as they leave.
