VALLEY VIG LLC in Paradise Valley, AZ is opening a new location and seeks energetic, hospitality-driven bartenders to join our team.

Prepare cocktails, pour beers, and serve guests with speed and accuracy while building relationships with regulars. Must be 21+, authorized to work in the US, and able to stand long hours. Health benefits available for full-time staff.

Competenze

• Two years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Excellent memory for drinks and ability to recommend menu items.

• Prepare cocktails, pour beers, and recommend drinks quickly and accurately.

The VIG is getting ready to open the doors to our newest location in Paradise Valley, and we are looking for energetic, passionate, and hospitality-driven individuals to join us!

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails, pour beers, and recommend drinks quickly and accurately.
• Serves as the high-energy focal point of the tavern, crafting drinks, serving food at the bar, and building relationships with regulars.
• Provide full-service food and beverage dining to bar guests.
• Maintain bar inventory, prepare garnishes, and restock ice/beer.
• Verify guest identification and strictly enforce responsible alcohol service.
• Keep the bar area, glassware, and taps clean and sanitized.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of being a bartender in full service restaurant
• Minimum age is 21
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, balancing and carrying heavy trays
