Job summary

The VIG in Paradise Valley is seeking energetic, hospitality-driven hosts to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and coordinate seating to keep dining room and kitchen running smoothly.

You will greet guests, estimate wait times, assist with reservations and takeout orders by phone, maintain the lobby, and bid departing guests farewell while ensuring a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and manage seating calmly.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and manage the waitlist to keep service steady.
• Escort guests to tables and manage seating to pace dining and kitchen flow.
• Maintain lobby, host stand, and menu cleanliness and stock.
• Answer phone calls for reservations and takeout orders, and answer questions.
• warmly bid departing guests farewell and check in on their dining experience.
