VALLEY VIG LLC in Paradise Valley, AZ, is preparing to open a new location and seeks energetic, hospitality-driven individuals to join the team. You will be the vital link between the kitchen and dining room, delivering hot dishes, describing items to guests, and ensuring a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the kitchen, delivering orders to tables, inspecting plates, and assisting guests with needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Authorized to work in the US.

• Monitor the expo window and deliver hot food to guests immediately using correct seat and table numbers.
• Inspect plates before they leave the kitchen to ensure modifications, quality, and clean presentation.
• Describe dishes upon delivery and ensure guests have everything they need (condiments, utensils, refills).
• Communicate guest requests, feedback, or allergy concerns instantly from floor to kitchen and serving staff.
• Help restock clean plates, trays, and garnishes in the kitchen window during service.

The VIG is getting ready to open the doors to our newest location in Paradise Valley, and we are looking for energetic, passionate, and hospitality-driven individuals to join us!

• Acts as the vital link between the kitchen and the dining room. Responsible for delivering hot, freshly prepared dishes to the correct tables instantly and assisting guests with any immediate needs upon delivery.
• Monitor the kitchen expo window and deliver hot food to guests immediately using correct seat and table numbers.
• Inspect plates before they leave the kitchen to ensure accurate modifications, quality, and clean presentation.
• Describe dishes upon delivery to the table and double-check that the guests have everything they need (condiments, extra utensils, refills).
• Communicate guest requests, feedback, or allergy concerns instantly from the floor to the kitchen and serving staff
• Help restock clean plates, trays, and garnishes in the kitchen window during service.
