Job summary

The Genuine in Paradise Valley is seeking energetic, hospitality-driven servers to join our team. You will take food and drink orders, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure guests have memorable experiences in a vibrant setting.

We offer a full-time server position with responsibilities including balancing busy service periods, handling payments, and maintaining clean, well-stocked stations. Minimum 1 year as a server, 21+ and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience as a server in a full-service restaurant.
• 21+ age minimum.
• Able to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders accurately and enter them into the POS.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and food runners to ensure hot, fresh orders.
• Pre-bus tables, refill drinks, and handle payments smoothly.
• Perform daily side-work and keep stations tidy.

• Collaborate with the kitchen and food runners to get orders out hot and fresh.
• Keep an eye on tables to pre-bus, refill drinks, and handle payments smoothly.
• Tackle daily side-work (rolling silverware, stocking stations, keeping things tidy).
